Welcome to the Olle terms of service page. We are a provider of a desktop AI program technology Olle (the "Service"). These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Service. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Dupage County law. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wheaton, IL.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Olle with respect to the use of the Service, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Olle with respect to the Service.
